The MCT diet is type of Ketogenic Diet that allows more carbs,
but tends to cause digestive problems. (I also added some details on an MCT shake that may help
reduce the GI problems.)
This blog started out as a series of running tips, which I migrated to a Wiki, hosted at fellrnr.com. This blog now serves as a notification feed for fellrnr.com, as the Wiki has a poor RSS feed.
