Updates to Nutrient Timing, SportTracks, Long Term Health

I’ve updated to include details of how use nutrient timing to recover from long runs, which differs from the standard Nutrient Timing System.

I’ve changed with more information. I’ve become a big fan of SportTracks and I’ve migrated to using it as my primary record.

I added a few details of running and anti-aging, with a link to the excellent description from ‘cure aging or die trying’
