I really liked the Altra Instinct 2, but I don't find their
update to be as compelling. The shoe is now too firm for its weight, though it's
still a top contender for ultras where you don't want to cut the toe box open.
I compare the Instinct 3 with the Instinct 2, Asics Gel Hyper Speed, Hoka
Clifton, Altra One, Saucony Kinvara, and the Asics GT 2000. Altra Instinct 3 Review

Skechers GORun Ride Review
The GORun Ride initially seems like a great shoe, but it's
cushioning is more squishy than springy, and it wears too quickly.(It also
seems to get confused with the "GORun" I reviewed yesterday.) Skechers GORun Ride Review

Skechers GORun 4 Review
Sadly, even if Skechers fixed the flaws in the GORun, it still wouldn't be a great shoe. I had such high hopes for the GORun, but yet again I'm disappointed. Skechers GORun 4 Review

Hoka Clifton 2 Review
The Clifton was justifiably a huge seller for Hoka, and the
best selling shoe at Running Warehouse last year. It combined the massive
cushioning that Hoka were famous for, but at a weight that other manufactures
would label a racing shoe. That cushioning-to-weight ratio is hard to beat in
any shoe. So the replacement, the Clifton 2, is not only important to Hoka, but
to all of us that love the Clifton. Here’s my review and analysis of the Hoka Clifton 2, along with a comparison with the original Clifton, the Hoka Odyssey
(the Clifton’s twin), Bondi, Mafate, Conquest, and even the Asics GT 2000. The shoe
price widget will find the best price in your size for the new and original
Clifton, as well as others.

Saucony Kinvara review for version 6
I've updated my Saucony Kinvara review for version 6. There
are thankfully few changes, and it's still one of my favorite transitional
shoes.
