I am a fairly thin woman, but I have noticed that if I am thin enough to have a flat belly, other parts of my body get too thin. With this DIY cool sculpting, I was able to gain a few pounds while keeping a relatively flat waistline. It is fantastic. I find that as the race or long runs progress it becomes increasingly difficult to swallow the gels and they just don't go down easily. I know you've talked about swilling them around in your mouth with saliva. I'll need to experiment with different techniques to get and keep them down.
