My review of the Brooks PureCadence 3 has taken me a while
as I've had mixed feelings about the Pure range. There are things I like about
the shoes (minimal drop, comfort) and some bad ideas (nav band, firm cushioning).
The PureCadence doesn't provide the cushioning I'd like for the weight, and the
foam breaks down rather quickly. I've included a comparison with the PureFlow
