I've uploaded the audio I use for Tabata style HIIT
workouts. The 20/10 second intervals are far too short to look at a watch, so audio cues work better. I also like having the countdown.
This blog started out as a series of running tips, which I migrated to a Wiki, hosted at fellrnr.com. This blog now serves as a notification feed for fellrnr.com, as the Wiki has a poor RSS feed.
