I've updated my running shoe recommendations, focusing on the
Sketchers GOrun Ultra. I added more detailed discussion of the issues I've
found, with extra pictures. I added a lot more dissection pictures of other shoes,
including a comparison of the Altra Olympus and the Hokas to highlight the
differences in the sole.
