Thanks for the tips and the blog. I check on it often and really enjoy the information. I have run five marathons and one 50K (in fact I saw you at both the Triple Lakes and the Frosty 50K this year...) and want to add a 50 miler to my resume... Do you have any suggestions for good races around NC that cover this distance?
