Lactate Threshold & NIRS (Moxy, BSX)

I've written up my notes on Lactate Threshold & NIRS, which is the technology behind the BSX and Moxy sensors. It's rather more than most people will need, but I'd like you to know the basis on which I'm evaluating these products.
