The Science of Ketogenic Exercise
There
is only one study I've found on the Ketogenic Diet and Exercise, so I've
analyzed it in some detail. It shows that 5 elite cyclists maintained their
endurance on the KD, but that conclusion is a little misleading. Actually 2
dramatically improved, 1 didn’t change, and 2 declined (1 of them was
overtrained). I've also cover some other studies on Non-Ketogenic Low
