Maltodextrin, Vitargo and UCAN Generation's SuperStarch

I've updated my page on Maltodextrin, adding some notes on two other carbohydrate products, Vitargo and UCAN Generation's SuperStarch. (Spoiler: neither seems worthwhile.)
