Recommendations for best running shoes

I've updated my recommendations for best running shoes to include the Altra Torin, the Mizuno Cursoris, and the Saucony Virrata. These shoes, along with the Hokas, represent the emerging category of shoes I call "Minimum Drop, Maximum Cushioning".
