The fueling piece I need to get sorted out. I find that as the race or long runs progress it becomes increasingly difficult to swallow the gels and they just don't go down easily. I know you've talked about swilling them around in your mouth with saliva. I'll need to experiment with different techniques to get and keep them down. Probably try and chat with you sometime about fueling. Thanks Paul
