I’ve updated http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Nutrient_Timing to include details of how use nutrient timing to recover from long runs, which differs from the standard Nutrient Timing System.
I’ve changed http://fellrnr.com/wiki/SportTracks with more information. I’ve become a big fan of SportTracks and I’ve migrated to using it as my primary record.
