I've added a review of the Petzl Nao light to my list of
running lights. The Nao is an unusual design as it changes its light output
automatically. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Best_Running_Lights

Hoka Shoe Review
Since the world championships I've been trying out the Hoka
shoes as a change from my Modified Nike Free shoes, and I've written this up as
a review at http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Hoka_Shoe_Review

Endurance Adaptations
In looking for research around the "long run" for
marathon training I found some details of how the body adapts to endurance
training. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Endurance_Adaptations

The Morton Stretch
I learned a lot at the World Championships from watching
some of the greatest ultrarunners in action. One of those lessons is the
mid-run stretch that Mike Morton used repeatedly on his way to setting a new
American Record. I've found that 'Doing The Morton' refreshes my legs and I use
it on both races and tougher training runs. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Morton_Stretch
It's singularly appropriate to publish this on Veterans Day,
when we remember the sacrifice of our armed forces. Mike Morton is a career
soldier, serving in the Navy before moving to the Army where he is a Master Sgt.

Fixing problems in Ultramarathons
Running ultramarathons is tough, and things often go wrong,
so I've started a page on fixing some of the problems that occur. Let me know
if you have any suggestions for improvements. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Fixing_problems_in_Ultramarathons
