The Polar V800 has the best GPS Accuracy of any GPS watch I've
tested (so far; I’ll be testing the M400 and 920XT soon.)

The Science of Ketogenic Exercise
There is only one study I've found on the Ketogenic Diet and Exercise, so I've analyzed it in some detail. It shows that 5 elite cyclists maintained their endurance on the KD, but that conclusion is a little misleading. Actually 2 dramatically improved, 1 didn’t change, and 2 declined (1 of them was overtrained). I've also cover some other studies on Non-Ketogenic Low Carbohydrate Diets and exercise. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/The_Science_of_Ketogenic_Exercise

Patagonia EVERlong Review
My review of the Patagonia EVERlong, which claims a 4mm drop
but actually has 9mm. I dislike running in high heels, and I dislike the way
shoe manufacturers provide misleading figures even more. It makes my “not
recommended” list, but I compare it to some better alternatives.

CoolSculpting Research Update
New research shows that 30 minutes of icing can increase the
fat burning capabilities of fat cells, which may be another mechanism for CoolSculpting.
This gives further support for the idea of Low Cost DIY CoolSculpting at home, and
suggests you might not have to apply the ice for as long as I expected. The research
also shows that lean individuals increase their fat burning capability in
winter while obese people don’t.

Review of the Adidas Takumi Sen 2
I've added a review of the Adidas Takumi Sen, a Japanese
racing shoe.
(Let me know what you think of these reviews. Am I giving too little detail, or
too much? Are the comparisons with similar shoes useful?)

Polar V800 Review
Here's my review of the Polar V800 watch, which nearly made
my Highly Recommended list. I have high hopes for the Polar M400 (and the
Garmin 920XT) that are on pre-order.
