While I believe that the Ketogenic Diet has huge potential benefits,
I believe it's also clear that it's a difficult diet and one with a number of
health risks. There are few good books on the Ketogenic Diet, and so I had high
hopes for "Keto Clarity". However, I was sorely disappointed with
both its writing style (rambling, disjointed, contradictory), and it's content.
I've posted a short review at http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Keto_Clarity

A review of Island Boost, PowerBar Performance Energy Blend, & PocketFuel Energy Shots
I've reviewed another energy gel (Island Boost), plus two that are almost
energy gels (PowerBar Performance Energy Blend, PocketFuel Energy Shots), but only 1 of the 3 might be worth getting. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Comparison_of_Energy_Gels

What are "Net Carbs" and should Sugar Alcohols be included?
Net Carbs is a simple idea (carbs less fiber), used by all
Ketogenic Diets (except “Keto Clarity”). However, while the Atkins Diet also
subtracts sugar alcohols, most Ketogenic Diets don’t. I try to explain this
simply while giving the science to back it up. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Net_Carbohydrates

Scosche Rhythm+ Review
The Rhythm+ optical heart rate monitor is such a nice device
(especially with Bluetooth and ANT+ support) that it’s a real shame it doesn’t
work better. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Scosche_Rhythm
