I've updated my page on 'should you pop a blister' to
include more advice on speeding up the healing process after I came across some
useful research papers on the topic. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Popping_Blisters

NSAIDs and DOMS
I've been working on an update for my entry on Delayed Onset
Muscle Soreness (DOMS) and I've made an initial update to my entry on NSAIDS
(Ibuprofen, etc.) and DOMS - http://fellrnr.com/wiki/NSAIDs_and_Running#NSAIDs_and_DOMS
You can expect the main update to DOMS treatments in a few
days, though it may take longer as there is a lot of research to read through.

Calories burned running and walking
I've updated my page on the Calories burned running and
walking. The page now shows the values based on the weight you input, giving Calories
per mile/Km as well as Calories per hour. I also have a chart showing the pace
you would go up a hill if you kept the same effort as running on the flat. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Calories_burned_running_and_walking

Updated VDOT Calculator's Long Run Difficulty
I've tweaked my calculation of the relative difficulty of
different length and pace long runs that's part of my VDOT calculator. I'm now
using a formula for working out VO2max pace (vVO2max) rather than assuming it's
mile race pace. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/VDOT_Calculator

The Best MP3 Player for Runners

for running, and my recommendations for the best player. http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Best_Running_MP3_Player
